Easy no-bake pie with a kick of coconut Ingredients:
9 inch graham cracker crust |
8 ounces cream cheese |
8 ounces coconut or pina colada yogurt |
2 tbsp sugar |
1 1/2 cup sweetened coconut |
8 ounces cool whip, thawed |
Directions:
1. Beat together cream cheese and sugar. Add yogurt and coconut. 2. Fold in cool whip. 3. Pour into crust. Chill at least 4 hours. |
