A fudge textured coconut candy Ingredients:
3/4 c cream or whole milk |
3/4 c coconut milk |
2 t butter 1 1/2 t vanilla |
1 1/2 t coconut extract |
5 c sugar |
2 c fresh grated coconut |
Directions:
1. In large saucepan combine sugar, butter and liquids. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add extracts and coconut. Beat hard till thick and creamy. Pour into buttered pan. Chill then cut into squares. |
