These make a beautiful bar and I think the white chocolate chips set them off. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips |
1 1/2 cups dried cranberries |
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk |
1 cup flaked coconut |
1 cup pecan halves |
Directions:
1. In a small bow, combine cracker crumbs and butter until crumbly; press into a greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. 2. In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. 3. Gently spread over crust. Bake at 350 for 25 to 28 minutes or until edges are golden brown. 4. Cool on a wire rack and then cut into bars. |
