Coconut Crab Puffs

An easy elegant side dish
Ingredients:
2 to 3 sheets puff pastry
1 cup crab (fresh or canned)
2 tbsps. coconut rum
1 cup cream chesse
5 tbsps. coconut (sweet grated)
cinnamon (pinch)
nutmeg (pinch fresh grated)
oil for frying
Directions:
1. Let the puff pastry come to room temperature - Mix all the ingredients together - Heat oil to frying temp.
2. Cut pastry into 4 inch squares wrap one tsp of mixture in puff pastry - you can pinch these closed or twist as you would a dim sum - deep fry until golden brown - drain on paper towel.
3. Serve with a Mango Chutney purchased or make a Mango-Horseradish Sauce recipe to follow.
