This is such a tasty, easy way to try something different with green beans. Ingredients:
1lb green beans |
1/4 c shredded coconut |
1.5 t ground coriander |
1 t ground black pepper |
salt to taste |
Directions:
1. Blanch the beans in salted, boiling water until crisp-tender. Plunge into ice water until cool. 2. Heat a small ammount of oil over med-high heat in a large, non-stick skillet. 3. Add the coconut and saute until golden brown. 4. Add the beans, and remaining ingredients. 5. Serve! |
