Easy & yummy Ingredients:
1-8 oz. tub cool whip |
1-3 oz. pkg. cream cheese softened |
1-tbs. sugar |
1/2 c. milk |
1 1/3 c. coconut |
1/2 tsp. vanilla or almond extract |
1 nine inch ready graham cracker crust |
Directions:
1. Beat sugar and milk into cream cheese until smooth. 2. Fold in coconut, then cool whip, and extract. 3. Spoon into crust and freeze until firm (about 4 hours). 4. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before you cut it. Store leftover pie in freezer. |
