A friend made these for us in a christmas cookie assortment.... My husbands comment was now that is a GOOD cookie! Very yummy. I haven't made them myself yet, but had to share! Ingredients:
1 (19 ounce) box yellow cake mix |
2 cups shredded coconut |
1/4 cup coco lopez |
1/4 cup softened butter |
2 eggs |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 350 degrees,.
2. stir all ingredients together, roll into balls then roll into additional coconut.
3. bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
4. makes appx 3 dozen cookies.
