Easy & Good! Ingredients:
1 cup white sugar |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1 large egg |
1 cup butter |
1 1/4 cups flour |
1 1/4 cups quick-cooking rolled oats |
3/4 cup coconut |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
Directions:
1. Beat egg, add butter and cream. 2. Add the two sugars and cream well. 3. Add remaining dry ingredients and mix well. 4. Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes. |
