A sweet cake for coconut lovers Ingredients:
1 white cake mix, prepared |
1 can sweetened condensed milk |
1 can cream of coconut |
1 small bag coconut |
1 large container cool whip |
Directions:
1. Bake cake in 9x13 pan and cool 2. Poke holes in cake with meat fork or wooden skewer, placing holes close together 3. Mix condensed milk and cream of coconut and slowly pour over cake to saturate 4. Mix 1/2 bag of coconut with Cool Whip and spread over cake, top with remaining coconut 5. Chill several hours |
