This recipe tranforms bisquick into brownies in a blink of an eye Ingredients:
2 cups bisquick® baking mix -- or all purpose mix |
4 eggs |
3/4 cup vegetable oil |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup chopped nuts -- (pecans are great!) |
1 cup coconut flakes |
1 pound brown sugar |
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, stir ingredients together until well-mixed. 2. Prepare a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. 3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 - 45 minutes. 4. ********************************************** 5. To freeze for later use, wrap cooled brownies, UNcut, tightly in freezer wrap or foil; label and freeze for up to 3 months. |
