Ingredients:
1(12) ounce(s) box vanilla wafers, crushed |
2 stick(s) butter |
1 cup(s) chopped pecans |
6 eggs |
2 cup(s) sugar |
1 (7) ounce(s) sweet coconut |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar till fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Fold in vanilla, finely crushed vanilla wafers, coconut and pecans. Mix well. Pour into well greased and floured small locaf pans. Bake at 325. Cool slightly before removing from pans. |
