Ingredients:
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (3 1/2 ounce) can flaked coconut
Directions:
1. Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.
2. Add sugar gradually and continue beating until well mixed.
3. Add vanilla and mix well.
4. Form into bite-size balls.
5. Roll balls in coconut.
6. Chill for several hours.
