This is such an easy and delicious recipe! Beware, it's very sticky. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
1/2 cup evaporated milk |
2 cups sugar |
3 cups rolled oats |
1 cup grated coconut |
8 tablespoons cocoa powder |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, mix butter, milk and sugar. 2. Bring to a boil; boil for 3 mins. 3. Remove from heat; mix in rolled oats, coconut, cocoa powder and vanilla, until well mixed. 4. Spoon mounds onto a buttered baking sheet. 5. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. |
