I got this recipe from a magazine but I don't remember which one. It is so easy to make and the taste is just devine. Ingredients:
1 pre-baked deep dish (4 cup) pie shell |
1 can sweetened condensed milk |
1 c. cold water |
1 pkg. (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding & pie filling |
1 c. flaked coconut |
1 container (8 oz.) cool whip |
lemon juice |
2 medium bananas,sliced & dipped in lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Combine milk and water in large bowl. 2. Add pudding and coconut,mix well. 3. Fold in 1 1/2 C. Cool Whip. 4. Arrange single layer of bananas on bottom of pie crust. 5. Pour filling into crust. 6. Top with remaining Cool Whip and refridgerate at least 4 hours before serving. |
