Here is a super healthy smoothie for a quick on the go breakfast.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup canned unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 cup plain sugar-free yogurt
1 1/2 tablespoons dried apricots, chopped
2 -3 ice cubes
2 teaspoons agave syrup or 2 1/2 teaspoons sugar substitute
1/3 cup milk
2 teaspoons flax seed oil (optional)
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend together until smooth.
