Here is a super healthy smoothie for a quick on the go breakfast. Ingredients:
1/2 cup canned unsweetened coconut milk |
1/2 cup plain sugar-free yogurt |
1 1/2 tablespoons dried apricots, chopped |
2 -3 ice cubes |
2 teaspoons agave syrup or 2 1/2 teaspoons sugar substitute |
1/3 cup milk |
2 teaspoons flax seed oil (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend together until smooth. |
