Coconut And Chocolate Flapjack Balls |

These are no ordinary flapjacks all I can say is mmmm.... Ingredients:
3 cups of oats ( soaked) |
1 cup of desicated coconut |
250 g of 70% coco chocolate |
1 stick of butter |
3 tablespoons of agave nectar or manuka honey |
1 cup of almonds |
1/2 cup of sultanas |
Directions:
1. Melt the chocolate and half the butter in a Bon Marie 2. In a sauce pan melt the remaining with the agave nectar. 3. Add all ingredients except the chocolate and coconut to the butter and agave syrup. 4. Roll saucepan mix into balls 5. Dip the balls into the melted chocolate and roll in coconut 6. Chill for 2-4 hrs |
