Coconut and Choc Chip Slice |

This is a quick and easy slice. It was originally published in an Australian magazine, unfortunately I don't have the details. Ingredients:
1 cup self raising flour |
395 g condensed milk |
1/2 cup chocolate chips |
1/2 cup coconut |
20 g butter, melted |
Directions:
1. Mix self raising flour, condensed milk, chocolate chips, coconut and melted butter together. 2. Spread into greased slice tin. 3. Bake at 180°C for 15-18 minutes until golden brown. 4. Ice with chocolate icing if desired. |
