Wonderful, creamy ambrosia salad that brings back memories of my childhood. Made with Mandarin oranges, pineapple whipped topping, coconut and marshmallows. Ingredients:
2 (11 ounce) cans mandarin oranges |
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained |
3 1/2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed |
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix (1-2 pkgs.) |
1 1/4 cups shredded coconut |
2 cups miniature marshmallows |
1/2 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. 2. Mix together well and chill one hour before serving. Garnish with maraschino cherries, if desired. |
