Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup(s) light coconut milk |
1 cup(s) uncooked couscous |
1/4 cup(s) green onions chopped |
3/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/4 teaspoon(s) ground red pepper |
1/4 cup(s) slivered almonds toasted |
Directions:
1. Bring coconut milk to a boil in a medium saucepan. Gradually stir in couscous, green onions, salt, and red pepper. Remove from heat; cover and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork. Sprinkle with almonds. |
