Cocoa for a Crowd comes from Pat Monson of Stewartville, Minnesota. On a winter day, this cocoa really hits the spot, Pat assures. Ingredients:
4 cups sugar |
3 cups baking cocoa |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 quart warm water |
2 quarts boiling water |
4 gallons hot milk |
Directions:
1. In a large kettle, combine sugar, cocoa, salt and warm water; mix well. Add boiling water; boil for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat; stir in hot milk. Yield: 100 servings. |
