Ingredients:

1/2 cup(s) unsalted butter ( 1 stick) cut into 1 inch pieces |
1 1/4 cup(s) sugar |
3/4 cup(s) cocoa powder - natural unsweetened |
1/2 teaspoon(s) kosher salt |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
2 eggs - large |
1/3 cup(s) all purpose flour |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees 2. Line 8x8x2 inch glass baking dish with foil,let hang over sides 3. Coat foil with non stick spray 4. Melt butter in saucepan, stir frequently 5. In medium bowl, whisk sugar, Cocoa and salt 6. Pour butter into dry ingredients, whisk 7. Add vanilla 8. Add one egg at time, whisk vigorously each time 9. Add flour and stir (do not overdo) 10. Pour into pan 11. Cook until top begins to crack and toothpick comes out clean 12. About 25 to 30 minutes 13. Let cool 14. Using foil overhang, transfer to serving dish and cut |
