I don't recall where I found this, just posting for safe keeping. Ingredients:
3/4 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed |
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1/2 cup unsweet cocoa |
1/2 cup sugar |
6 cups 1% low fat milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Stir whip topping and cinnamon. Refrigerate. 2. In a 2-quart glass measuring cup. Mix unsweet cocoa and sugar. Pour in 1/2 cup milk. Stir till forms smooth paste. Slowly pour in remaining milk. Cover cook on HIGH in microwave 8-10 minutes till steaming. Stir in the vanilla. 3. Pour in six 8-ounce mugs. Top each mug with 2 tablespoons cinnamon whip topping. |
