A sweeter and tropical version of the traditional mojito. Ingredients:
2 ounces coconut rum |
3 ounces club soda |
1/2 lime |
6 mint leaves |
1 -3 tablespoon caster sugar or 1 -3 tablespoon simple syrup |
Directions:
1. Muddle 1/2 lime, mint leaves, and sugar together with a pestle or spoon. 2. Pour in Coconut Rum and Club Soda. 3. Garnish with sprigs of mint and a lime wheel. |
