Easy appetizer, my grandson 's favorite. A must have for Christmas eve. Ingredients:
1 pound pkg cocktail weiners |
1 pound bacon |
1/2 to 1 cup brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Line a baking pan with foil
2. Cut bacon into thirds.
3. wrap each piece of bacon around the weiner and secure with a tooth pick
4. Place in baking pan and sprinkle with brown sugar
5. Cover and refrigerate overnigh or at least 1 hour
6. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven or until the bacon is cooked
7. Can be made ahead of time and reheated.
