This is my version of Cocktail Weiner appetizer. Ingredients:
3 small packages of beef cocktail sausages. |
1 pkg brown gravy |
1 pint of homeade(if you have it) strawberry jam |
1/2 c. ketchup |
1 1/4 c. water ( may later add more if too thick) |
Directions:
1. Mix brown gravy, water, jam, ketchup, slowly bring to a boil so as not to burn. Add the Cocktail weiners (sausage). Simmer for 45-60 min. Put in a crockpot to keep hot if a long party or just put in a casserole dish and serve with toothpicks. They don't last long! |
