Ingredients:
1 pound (16 oz) lean ground beef
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
3 table. taco seasoning
2 table. cold water.
1 cup sour cream
2 t. mayonnaise
2 t. salsa
2 t. chopped ripe olives
2 t. chopped green peppers
3/4 cup crushed tortilla chips.
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven at 425 degrees F
2. Combine the meat , crumbs, taco seasoning, cold water. Press into 2 inch muffin cups (24 in all) to make a shell.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the filling, sour cream thru crushed tortilla chips. Heap a little mound in each meat shell. Sprinkle tarts with grated cheese.
4. Bake at 425 degrees F for 8 minutes. Serve hot.
