Cocktail Sauce for Shellfish |

I dont eat seafood but I do make it for the family once in a while. I needed a dipping sauce to serve with and over shellfish and I found this one, with an adjustment or two, I am told by the seafood lovers of this family that this is just the thing. Ingredients:
1/3 cup cream |
1/3 cup tomato sauce |
2 drops tabasco sauce |
3 teaspoons lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon lemon zest, very finely grated |
1/2 teaspoon parsley, finely chopped |
salt |
ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except salt and pepper, in a small bowl and mix well, then season to taste with salt and pepper. 2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. |
