This can be covered and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Serve chilled with prepared seafood of your choice, such as cooked shrimp.
Ingredients:
1 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon grated fresh horseradish
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 lemon, juice of
1 pinch celery salt
3 -4 drops hot pepper sauce
2 tablespoons whipping cream
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix all the ingredients, except hot-pepper sauce and cream, using a fork to lightly beat.
2. Add hot-pepper sauce to taste.
3. Stir in cream.
4. Serve chilled.
