Use horseradish from a freshly opened bottle and mild chili powder for the best flavor. Ingredients:
1 cup ketchup |
2 1/2 teaspoons prepared horseradish |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground |
1 teaspoon dried ancho chile powder or 1 teaspoon other mild chili powder |
1 pinch cayenne pepper |
1 tablespoon juice, from 1 small lemon |
Directions:
1. Stir all ingredients together in small bowl, adjust seasonings as necessary. |
