Very tasy little creations. My guys gobble them up in a hurry. Ingredients:
8 ounces refrigerated crescent dinner rolls |
mustard |
10 ounces sauerkraut, rinsed and drained |
1 lb cocktail franks |
1 egg yolk, lightly beaten |
caraway seed |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375. 2. Separate dough into triangles. 3. Cut each triangle into 3 triangles. 4. Spread with mustard. 5. Top with very think layer of sauerkraut and 1 cocktail frank. 6. Roll to enclose. 7. Brush with egg yolk and dip into caraway seeds. 8. Place on unreased baking sheet and bake till golden brown, about 10 to 13 minutes. 9. Serve immediately. |
