Ingredients:
for meatballs
1lb. ground beef (seasoned with garlic, salt, and pepper to taste)
1/2c. italian seasoned bread crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
for sauce
1/4 c.a-1 steak sauce
1/4c. tomato catsup
2t.brown sugar
1/4c. butter
3t. sour cream
Directions:
1. for meatballs
2. combine all of the meatball ingredients well. Shape into tiny meatballs (about the size of walnuts) and saute in oil until browned and cooked thoroughly.
3. for sauce
4. Mix all but the sour cream in sauce pan . Simmer about 5 min.Add sour cream.Pour over meatballs in a chafing dish and serve hot .
5. tis can be made ahead , refrigerated and heated.
