I got this recipe from A Taste of Oregon Ingredients:
1 (2/3 ounce) package italian salad dressing mix |
3 lbs ground beef |
2 cups mayonnaise |
3/4 cup horseradish, prepared |
2 teaspoons dry mustard |
2 teaspoons lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Add package Italian salad dressing mix to ground beef and form into bite-size balls. Brown meatballs evenly on all sides in oil. Combine mayonnaise, horseradish, mustard, lemon juice and salt in chafing dish and heat until hot. Add meatballs. Serve with toothpicks. If made ahead and frozen, freeze the sauce separately from the meatballs. |
