Great for parties. Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef |
1/3 cup ketchup |
3 teaspoons dry breadcrumbs |
1 egg, beaten |
2 teaspoons onion flakes |
3/4 teaspoon garlic salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 cup ketchup |
1 cup packed brown sugar |
1 (6 ounce) can tomato sauce |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
1/4 cup cider vinegar |
1 -1 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce |
Directions:
1. Combine ground beef, 1/3 cup ketchup, bread crumbs, egg, onion flakes, garlic salt and pepper. Mix well, shape into 1 inch balls. Place in slow cooker. 2. Combine 1 cup ketchup, brown sugar, tomato sauce, soy sauce, vinegar and hot pepper sauce. 3. Pour over meatballs. 4. Cover and cook on Low for 4 hours. |
