Simple cocktail meatball recipe that is always great for parties! Ingredients:
2 lbs lean ground beef |
1 cup corn flake crumbs |
1/3 cup parsley flakes |
2 eggs |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 cup ketchup |
2 tablespoons minced onions |
14 ounces cranberry sauce |
4 tablespoons brown sugar |
6 ounces chili sauce |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Combine all step 1 ingredients together. Roll into 2 meatballs and place in baking dish. 2. Heat step 2 ingredients in saucepan. Cook until smooth and pour over meatballs. 3. Bake uncovered for 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees. 4. Serve with bow tie noodles and veggies. They're great cold too! |
