These are like little cheese crackers when baked. They are very light. Ingredients:
1/4 pound butter |
1 cup grated cheddar cheese |
1 cup flour |
1 cup rice krispies |
cayenne pepper, optional |
Directions:
1. Blend butter, cheese and flour. If using, also add cayenne pepper. 2. Add Rice Krispies®. 3. Roll into small balls, about 1/2 teaspoon. 4. Flatten balls out on cookie sheet. 5. Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes. 6. Cool and serve. |
