My mom handed down this recipe to me. She use to make it for me & my brother when we were kids. Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
2 eggs (beaten) |
1 (15 1/4 ounce) can fruit cocktail (do not drain liquid ) |
brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 inch cake pan. 3. Put brown sugar on top and bake in oven for 30-35 minutes. |
