1 1/2 kg beef brisket |
1 cup coca-cola |
2 garlic cloves |
3 tablespoons ketchup |
1 onion |
1 tablespoon salt |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
60 ml honey |
Directions:
1. Liquidise sauce ingredients. Pour over brisket and marinade for about 3 hours. Bake in covered pan at 300F for 4 hours.
