The Original Cobb's Brown Derby Salad dressing used on the Celebrated Cobb's Salad. Ingredients:
1/4 cup red wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1/4 teaspoon sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder |
1 minced garlic clove |
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients together, except the olive oil.
2. Add olive oil. Mix well.
3. Blend well again before each use.
