This takes the strong taste from a leg of lamb. It was my Grandmother's recipe. Don't be put off by the strong smell coming from your oven! That will go away and if you like Lamb, you will love this! Ingredients:
dry mustard |
cider vinegar |
Directions:
1. Make a fairly thick paste of the mustard and vinegar. 2. (The amount will depend on how large your roast is. You want to have enough to liberally be able to coat all outside surfaces of the leg.) Place in 325 degree oven and roast until desired temp. |
