250 g bologna sausage |
300 g green beans |
2 hard-boiled eggs |
1 cucumber |
1 red pepper |
1 large onion |
2 cups sour cream |
1 tablespoon mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
1 teaspoon sugar |
salt and pepper |
2 bunches chives |
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients for dressing separately. 2. Wash green beans, blanch and chill them. 3. Cut bologna sausage, cucumber and eggs into slices. 4. Cut red pepper and onion into slices but cut them into smaller ones. 5. Arrange sliced ingredients and green beans on a dish and pour prepared dressing over salad while serving. |
