8 ounces leftover roast turkey, cut into bite sized pieces (shredded is ok) |
1/2 cup leftover turkey gravy |
salt |
pepper |
4 slices bread or 4 slices dinner rolls |
2 tablespoons butter |
leftover stuffing and cranberry sauce |
Directions:
1. Put leftover gravy into a small saucepan. Add turkey. Add stuffing and cranberry sauce if desired. Heat over medium until just starting to bubble. 2. While turkey mixture is heating, toast bread or split rolls. Butter. 3. Lay bread on plates and cover with generous dollop of turkey mixture. Eat while hot. |
