Norwegian recipe for use of an N. Hemisphere wild berry. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups whipping cream |
4 tablespoons sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/2 cup cloudberry jam |
Directions:
1. Whip the cream and sugar, add vanilla extract. 2. Fold in the cloudberry jam. 3. Pour into a nice bowl and decorate with cloudberries. 4. May be served with Krumkaker or almond flavored cookies or used between layers of a torte. |
