A great smoothie from Cooking Light Magazine! Ingredients:
2 clementines, peeled and sectioned |
1 banana |
1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt |
3/4 cup orange juice |
3 -4 ice cubes |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth. Strain, if desired, then pour into 3 glasses. |
