My daughter Claudia mostly thinks about winning medals in her Special Olympics events but she has to help cook too so this is an easy recipe she can make with a little help from me . We think it is a good basic recipe. Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef |
1 small onion, minced |
1 cup bullseye barbecue sauce |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
4 hamburger buns |
Directions:
1. In a large non-stick skillet, brown hamburger meat and onion over medium heat for 8-10 minutes or until beef is no longer pink. Discard any off drippings. 2. Stir in barbecue sauce, salt, and pepper, heat through, stirring occasionally. Spoon equal amounts of beef mixture on bottom half of each bun. |
