Always welcome on hot days. Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream |
2 cups half-and-half |
1 tablespoon vanilla extract |
2/3 cup sugar |
1 dash salt |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in a blender or food processor until sugar dissolves. 2. Refrigerate until needed for ice-cream maker. 3. Pour into the ice cream maker and follow your ice-cream maker's instructions for freezing. 4. Note: Due to variances in operating times on different models, that is not included in the prep time. |
