Classic dip to serve with wavy chips in order to scoop it up. Goes well with a crowd Ingredients:
1 pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed |
1 1/2 c sour cream |
1 c mayo |
1 pkg knorr veg soup mix |
3 green onion, chopped |
1 c water chesnuts, chopped (optional |
Directions:
1. Thaw spinach and squeeze dry otherwise the dip will be runny 2. Mix with the remainder of the ingredients 3. Cover and refrig for at least 2 hours so it can set up. |
