Ingredients:
1 cup hellmann's mayonnaise or 1 cup light mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper |
5 medium potatoes, peeled,cubed and cooked |
1 cup sliced celery |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
2 hard-cooked eggs, diced |
Directions:
1. In large bowl combine mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper. 2. Add potatoes, celery, onion and eggs; toss to coat well. 3. Cover; chill to blend flavors. |
