There's no need to give up chips and dip when you're watching the carbs. It's just a matter of changing your chips. Ingredients:
1 (8-ounce) carton fat-free sour cream |
1/2 cup finely chopped onion |
2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce |
1/4 teaspoon garlic pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Cover and chill 1 hour. 2. Serve with assorted raw fresh vegetables, whole wheat Melba toast rounds, or reduced-carb chips (vegetables, toast rounds, and chips not included in analysis). 3. Note: We used fat-free sour cream in this dip recipe to keep the total fat low, but it's fine to use either reduced-fat or regular sour cream. 4. carbo rating: 1 |
