Ingredients:
2-1/3 cup(s) uncooked elbow macaroni |
2 tablespoon(s) distilled white vinegar |
1 tablespoon(s) prepared yellow mustard |
1/4 teaspoon(s) teaspoon ground black pepper |
1 stalk celery, chopped |
1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise |
1/3 cup(s) white sugar |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/2 small onion, chopped |
1/2 bell pepper, chopped |
Directions:
1. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Rinse under cold water and drain. 2. While waiting on water for macaroni to boil chop celery, onion, & bell pepper. 3. In a large bowl mix together the mayo, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, & pepper. Stir in onion, celery,bell pepper & macaroni. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours but preferably over night. 4. NOTE: The longer it sits the better it is. |
