Another tried and true classic from the inherited recipe file. This one was one my Aunt Lois always brought to family gatherings. We all loved it and I still make it on occasion. Enjoy Ingredients:
2 cups cooked macaroni |
2 eggs hard boiled and chopped |
1/4 cup chopped celery |
1/4 cup chopped onion |
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing |
2 teaspoons sugar |
2 teaspoons vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard |
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and stir well. 2. Cover and chill for several hours before serving. |
